    iW Document Manager V4.0 / V4.1 (Workgroup / Enterprise)

    To Users of the iW Document Manager V4.0 / V4.1 (Workgroup / Enterprise):

    Thank you for using Canon products.

    We would like to announce the immediate availability of a Service Pack for iWDM which resolves phenomena with document data loss.

    Affected Products:

    iWDM V4.0 Workgroup / Enterprise
    iWDM V4.1 Workgroup / Enterprise

    Phenomenon:

    The Service Pack addresses some issues including the ones below:

    • When the number of files in one folder exceeds the upper limit, the document cannot be stored properly and data will be lost.
    • If a document could not be stored normally, no error message is displayed

    The following Service Packs are now available.

    1. iW Document Manager V 4.1 Enterprise Service Pack 3
    2. iW Document Manager V 4.1 Workgroup Service Pack 3
    3. iW Document Manager V 4.1 Client Service Pack 3
    4. iW Document Manager V 4.1 Workgroup Service Pack 2 for iW360 Version 2.0
    5. iW Document Manager V 4.1 Client Service Pack 2 for iW360 Version 2.0

    It is required to upgrade to iWDM V4.1 for users of iWDM V4.0 before the service pack can be applied.
