All individuals working for Canon India Private Limited (“Canon” or “CIPL”) at all levels and grades, including directors, Managers, officers, employees (whether permanent, fixed-term or temporary), trainees, seconded staff, casual workers, volunteers, interns, agents, or any other person associated with “Canon”(collectively referred to as “You” or “you” in this Policy).
