Cause and Solution
The following are probable causes when white streaks appear on the printout results. Follow the described instructions.
Cause 1:
There is a possibility that the toner cartridge has run out of toner.
Remedy:
Replace the toner cartridge with a new one.

Cause 2:
There is a possibility that the drum in the toner cartridge has deteriorated.
Remedy:
Replace the toner cartridge with a new one.
