How to Print Out Transmission Results Reports
1. Press [Menu].
2. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [FAX SETTINGS]. Then, press [Set] ([OK]).
3. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [REPORT SETTINGS]. Then, press [Set] ([OK]).
4. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [TX REPORT]. Then, press [Set] ([OK]).
5. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [OUTPUT YES]. Then, press [Set] ([OK]).
6. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby display.
How to Print Out Reception Result Report
1. Press [Menu].
2. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [FAX SETTINGS]. Then, press [Set] ([OK]).
3. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [REPORT SETTINGS]. Then, press [Set] ([OK]).
4. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [RX REPORT]. Then, press [Set] ([OK]).
5. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [OUTPUT YES]. Then, press [Set] ([OK]).
6. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby display.
You can set whether to print the first page of the fax under the report. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select[OFF] or [ON], then press [Set] (OK).
- [OFF] to print no first page
- [ON] to print the first page
NOTE
Even if the TX report setting is set to [ON] to print the first page of the fax, the machine will not print when faxing the documents from your computer.
