<Cause 1> The Platen has become dirty after borderless printing or printing on small paper.
<Corrective Action>
Open the Top Cover and clean the Platen.
<Cause 2> The Paper Retainer is soiled.
<Corrective Action>
Clean the Paper Retainer.
