    Solution

AVCHD (Advanced Video Code High Definition) is a standard that uses coding technology with a high compression efficiency and enables high-definition videos to be recorded on various media, such as hard disks, DVD discs, and flash memory. HD video is composed of 1,080 horizontal lines – more than twice the number of pixels in a standard-definition TV broadcast – resulting in eye-catching colors and richly detailed video recordings. Also, sounds are recorded in Dolby Digital formats.

      * If videos recorded in the AVCHD standard are copied to DVDs in high-definition quality, playback is possible only on AVCHD-compatible DVD players.
