Solution
Polling sending enables you to send a document in response to the recipient machine’s request.
You can store up to 30 documents in the memory.
1. Set documents.
2. Press [Add. Mode].
3. Press [<-] or [+>] to select <POLLING TX>, then press [OK].
4. Press [<-] or [+>] to select <SINGLE> or <MULTI>, then press [OK].
- <SINGLE>: The document will be deleted after it is sent to a recipient.
- <MULTI>: The document will be retained in memory until manually deleted.
5. Use the numeric keys to enter the four-digit subaddress, then press [OK]. If no subaddress is required, press [Start].
6. Use the numeric keys to enter the four-digit password, then press [OK]. If no password is required, press [Start].
7. Press [Start].

2. Press [<-] or [+>] to select <POLLING RX>, then press [OK].
3. Use the numeric keys, one-touch speed dialing keys, coded speed dialing codes, or [Address Book] key to enter a destination, then press [OK].
If the senders set a subaddress and/or password, you also need to set the same subaddress and/or password under the one-touch speed dialing keys or coded speed dialing codes. 4. Repeat the previous step to enter all required recipients (up to 131), then press [Start].
You can enter only up to 16 destinations if using the numeric keys.
