Download and Installation procedures
Follow the procedures below to download and install the update.
Note: This update requires File Viewer Utility or RAW Image Converter from the CD-ROM supplied with your camera.
1. Click the download file below to start downloading.
The download file is saved as a compressed file (StuffIt format).
2. When download is complete, extract the downloaded file by using a data-compression utility such as "StuffIt Expander." The [FVX_UPD_01020113R2U01_E] folder will appear.
3. Double-click the [FVX_UPD_01020113R2U01_E] folder and then the [English] folder inside it.
4. Double-click the [File Viewer Utility Installer] icon to start the installer.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
