Internal Committee Composition
The Company has constituted an Internal Committee (IC) – also known as the POSH Committee consisting of the following:

Sexual Harassment may include any of the following but not limited to:
● Physical contact & advances
● A demand or request for sexual favours
● Making sexually coloured remarks
● Showing pornography
● Any other unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature
