New Delhi, 29th October 2025: Canon India today announced a significant milestone in its customer service journey with the inauguration of India’s largest Canon Service Center in Noida. This newly integrated facility brings together the Front Office and Camera Repair Centre under one roof, creating a unified and enhanced service experience for Canon customers. The integration marks a strategic step toward streamlining Canon’s service operations, ensuring faster turnaround time, direct engagement with service experts, and seamless coordination between customer support and technical teams. The new facility will serve as a one-stop solution for product inquiries, diagnostics, and repairs, reinforcing Canon’s commitment to providing world-class service experiences.

In addition to this integration, Canon India is delighted to announce the opening of a new Camera Collection Point at Nehru Place, New Delhi, one of the city’s most prominent commercial and IT hubs. This initiative is designed to provide customers with an additional convenient drop-off location, and greater accessibility to Canon’s professional repair services.
