We have identified a phenomenon in which the PIXMA MG6370 Touch Screen experienced unresponsiveness in some random instances.
Phenomenon:
The printer“s touch screen does not respond in some instances.

To prevent the phenomenon, customers are requested to download and install the upgraded firmware from the following URLs

- PIXMA MG6370 (Macintosh): http://support-asia.canon-asia.com/contents/ASIA/EN/0400076502.html
(If your printer's firmware version is already 2.010 or later, the update is not necessary. To check your printer's firmware version, refer to the Update Procedure included in the downloaded file.)
As an interim solution, customers experiencing the phenomenon are requested to unplug the printer“s power cord from the outlet and wait for about 30 seconds before plugging it back again.
